Parents Night Out
Seems lately we have had a problem finding someone to watch our kids. We are interested in a Parents Night Out with a few people rotating turns watching each other kids for a few hours one night. This would be a win-win for everyone. A couple could have a date night without kids, and the kids could interact with others near their own age.
Children Advancing in School!
Should you advance your child in school if they are ready? Our child's birthday fell on October 1. The public school cut-off date is September 30. We sent her to a private school and they accepted her anyway. She showed all of the signs of being ready, willing to learn, and great socially with other kids. Was this the right thing to do? A child who's birthday fell 3 days later was denied entrance the previous year. Is this right? What are your thoughts?

Weaning a Toddler from the Bottle
We have a 14 Month Old Son. He refuses to give up the bottle for a sippy cup. When we give him no choice, he refuses to eat or drink until we give in. He has not been very healthy, suffering from multiple ear infections and medicine to cure it. Over the past 2 months he has been so spoiled to the bottle because of his sickness. Does anyone have any suggestions?
